It Will Happen to the Best of Us
Forgetfulness will happen to all of us. “Senior moments” will occur with greater frequency as we age. We may find these troubling, but the good news is that by themselves they are NOT an indication of dementia. Like older athletes who can still play the game, but just not with the intensity of younger players, our brains lose certain agility, but it does not mean we are “losing it”.
